• If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the order, please raise the Return/exchange request within 7 days from when it was delivered.
• Exchange orders are placed upon pick-up of your return. Limited stock may lead to the unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
• Refunds are only made in the form of a Store Credit.
• Customised & Sale Products are not eligible for any Return or Exchange 
• International parcels are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Each customer is eligible for a return only once. 
• Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.
• A few pincodes are not eligible for return pickup in that case you will be asked to deliver the product to us.

Refunds:

REFUNDS WILL TAKE 20-25 WORKING DAYS.
Please Note : We only do money refunds in case of Wrong or Damaged products being delivered. In any other case, a refund is made only in the form of STORE CREDIT.

1. Returns take approximately 12 to 14 working days to reach the company.
2. STORE CREDIT will be provided once the return reaches the warehouse and is thoroughly checked by our in-house team.
3. in any bank trasfer case in will take 7business days.
