We invest a great deal of love and care in making every outfit of SubhRekha. However, we understand that sometimes our outfits may not match your expectations. That’s why we are now offering Free exchanges and reverse pick-ups.
If for some reason, you are unsatisfied with the order, Email us the the order details for the Returns & Exchanges request within 7 days from when it was shipped to you.
As per the company policy, we issue the credit note or exchanges, only if the product is in unused condition. Also, if any exchange is of a lower price, the balance amount will be emailed to you in the form of a credit note.
- Please Note: • We do not provide exchange or credit notes on any free products. nor do we facilitate second-time exchanges for an order.
- We also do not provide refunds on any orders.
- Customized or Sale Products:
Please note that our return or exchange policy does not apply to customized or sale products. We take pride in creating customized items tailored specifically to your preferences, and sale items are offered at special discounted rates. Therefore, these products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- International parcels are not ineligible for returns or exchanges.
Important Notes:
- To initiate an exchange or return request, please contact our customer support team at info@subhrekha.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products returned for exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same
condition as received, with all tags and packaging intact.
- If the exchanged product is of a higher value, the difference in price must be paid by the customer.
